Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENTS Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee. We value your business and thank you for helping us service all clients with an up-to-date schedule. APPOINTMENTS Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. First time guests will complete a spa intake form. If you are late to your appointment, we may need to shorten or cancel your service to accommodate the next scheduled guest.
